Therapeutic Massage

We begin with a therapeutic massage and incorporate heated basalt stones to massage to back, legs, arms, hands, feet and neck. The warmth from the stones can help alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, relieve stress, and promote overall relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage

This massage is performed while client is laying on her side while using fluffy pillows and lavender essential oil. Massage will be tailored to alleviate pregnancy-related discomforts and mainly to promote relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Cupping is used to promote blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and encourage healing. It is believed to help with pain, inflammation, relaxation, and overall well-being.
WARNING: Cupping can leave temporary marks on the skin where the cups were applied. Duration of marks depends on the body's ability to heal.

Cupping

Achieve ultimate relaxation with a rejuvenating neck and scalp massage. This service focuses on promoting scalp circulation and releasing tension from scalp and neck muscles. Neck & Scalp Massage

Body Scrub

This sea back salt scrub is a rejuvenating spa treatment designed to exfoliate and soften the skin on the back, leaving it smooth and radiant. . This helps to remove dead skin cells, improve circulation, and promote skin regeneration.

Back Scrub

Add an additional time to the end of your service to rest. Therapist will leave room and give you privacy to relax or nap. You will be gently awaken after 30 minutes.

Nap Time

Using a natural-bristled brush, dry skin will be brushed to exfoliate and promote smoother skin, while enhancing its overall appearance. Dry brushing is believed to stimulate circulation, which may contribute to detoxification and lymphatic drainage.
